Über Creative worked with Slatefox to shape a faster, more intuitive production scheduling experience for film and commercial crews. Built for modern productions, Slatefox combines smart scheduling tools with a lightweight cross-device workflow that works seamlessly on phones, tablets, and laptops. The project focused on simplifying the complexity of day planning, schedule changes, and on-set coordination without the heavy, outdated feel of traditional production software. Features like Day Simulator, Auto Day-Out, and Director's Pocket were designed to help productions move faster while keeping the workflow clear and flexible. From product direction and UX to branding, positioning, and launch strategy, the goal was to create a tool that feels production-ready, practical, and genuinely enjoyable to use on set.
